حذف الحساب

1. Delete your account in the app

The Jawwak (جوّك) app is provided by DataWeave Company for Communications and Information Technology (شركة داتاويف للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات). Deleting from inside the app is immediate and needs no contact with us:

1. Open the Jawwak app and sign in with your mobile number.
2. In the bottom bar, open «حسابي» (Account).
3. Tap «حذف الحساب · Delete account».
4. Read what will be deleted, then confirm with «احذف حسابي» (Delete my account).

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out on that device. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. Don't have the app?

Email support@jawwak.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and the mobile number on your account. We verify the number is yours, delete the account the same way and confirm to you, within the statutory time limits.

Website bookings at jawwak.app/book are not tied to an account; to delete their data, email us the same way with your booking reference.

3. Deleted immediately

• Account data: your name, mobile number, email, and any Google or Apple sign-in link and its photo.
• The devices registered to receive notifications.
• The custom event requests you sent.
• Photos you uploaded, such as entrance or address photos.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• Order records (service, date, amount and payment status) are kept because they are financial records we are legally required to retain — but stripped of everything that identifies you: name, mobile number, address, map coordinates, photos and notes.
• If you have a paid order that has not been carried out yet, its details stay with the crew until the order ends, because they need them to reach you; they are then erased automatically — and in any case within 30 days of your deletion request.
• If you are signed in on other devices, those sessions expire within 30 days and show nothing from your account.
